PEANUT BUTTER BALLS
- 1 cup peanut butter of choice
- 1/2 cup dry milk powder
- 1/2 cup raisins or dried fruit of choice (optional but makes them healthier)
- 1/4 cup honey
- Graham Cracker crumbs
Mix all the ingredients except the graham cracker crumbs. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls. Roll in the crumbs and refrigerate. Makes 24.
Now your dad prefers a firmer texture. So when he makes them (which is most of the time) he adds graham cracker crumbs to the dough as well. How much? “Till it feels right.” He also, if you remember, occasionally rolled them in Quik and crumbs. Enjoy!
